ProLite5-245 KD蛋白质标记物概述

 

       ProLite 5-245 kD蛋白质标记物是一种三色蛋白质标准,由13种预染色蛋白质组成。这些蛋白质覆盖了从3.5到245千道尔顿的广泛分子量范围。尽管这个标记物中的大多数蛋白质与蓝色色素共价结合,但它包括两个独特的参考带 - 一个25千道尔顿的绿色带和一个75千道尔顿的红色带,当经过SDS-PAGE分离时变得明显可见。ProLite 5-245 kD蛋白质标记物主要用于跟踪SDS-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳过程中的蛋白质分离,确认在各种膜(如PVDF、尼龙或硝化纤维素)上的Western转移效率,并提供蛋白质大小的估计。它以预混合的凝胶加载缓冲液的现成形式提供,可以直接加载到凝胶上,无需在应用之前加热、还原或引入任何还原剂。百萤生物是AAT Bioquest的中国代理商,为您提供ProLite 5-245 KD蛋白质标记物。
