CytoTell™Blue是一种蓝色荧光染料，可均匀染色细胞。当细胞分裂时，染料在子细胞之间平均分布，可以测量为染料荧光强度的连续减半。用CytoTell TM Blue标记的细胞可以固定并透化，以使用标准的含甲醛固定剂和基于皂苷的透化缓冲液分析细胞内靶标。CytoTell™Blue具有405 nm的峰值激发，可以被紫色（405 nm）激光线激发。
