产品概述
D-荧光素是流行和多功能的生物发光底物。萤火虫荧光素酶/荧光素生物发光系统存在于萤火虫(Photinus pyralis)和其他几种甲虫中。荧光素酶通过二氧杂环丁酮中间体氧化ATP活化的荧光素。
荧光素酶的另一个重要用途是卫生监测领域。荧光素酶/荧光素系统可用于检测污染,因为存在于所有生物体中的ATP需要产生光。这种ATP生物发光的主要应用是通过测试食品加工厂中的表面来确定质量,以确定是否存在设备或产品的污染。D-荧光素 游离酸 D-Luciferin 是美国AAT Bioquest 的产品。
注:一般活体用DPBS,避免渗透压影响。体外细胞一般用无菌水,避免盐粒子影响信号通路级联反应,尤其是钙信号。
注:该产品用DPBS溶解后,如果需要保存,请调整如下浓度及pH保存:100 mM, pH ~6.5, -20℃避光。当溶液的pH<6.5(发生水解作用)或>7.5(发生消旋化作用,D型转化为L型)的情况下,D-荧光素钾盐相对不稳定。 如果溶液中存在少量的氧气,将加速D-荧光素钾的降解速度。
